Vegan Strawberry and Oreo Tart
330g Oreos
100g vegan dark chocolate
200g vegan milk chocolate
7oz coconut cream
110g melted vegan Margarine
Add crushed oreos to melted margarine. Press into tin and freeze. Heat cream (not too hot) melt choc and blend together. Pour into case and top with strawberries. Chill in fridge for 2 hours before serving. ENJOY!

Made for Becky’s 21st birthday. Tastes virtually identical to the none vegan variety. Alex, Dads cousin helped out suggesting the vegan substitutes. It was a real hit!
