Sticky Toffee Pudding
Pud 1) 5oz dates 2) 9fluidoz hot water 3) 1tspoon Bicarbonate of soda 4) 21/4 oz butter 5) 21/4oz castor sugar 6) 2 eggs 7) 5oz self raising flour Sauce 7oz butter 14oz brown sugar vanilla 9floz double cream Pudding Mix 1,2& 3 Cream 4&5 then add to 6 Add 7 and cook in 8inch tin for 35mins at 180c Sauce Melt butter andd sugar and cream and simmer for 5 mins Once pud is cooked pour over sauce and serve! ENJOY!
