Profiteroles

150ml water
50g butter
65g plain flour
1tsp sugar
2 eggs beaten
squirty cream
melted chocolate


Heat oven to 200c Put water and butter in pan and bring to the boil Remove pan from heat and pour in flour. Beat well till combined add a little beaten eggs, at a time, to the mixture and beat well Whisk till smooth and glossy and comes away from the sides of the pan spoon mixture onto a greased baking tray and bake for 15-20mins once cooled inject with squirty cream and cover them with melted choc. . ENJOY!

    These are SO easy to make but look really impressive. The children love to make and eat them, we used to make them as a fhe treat in lethbridge road. Always a success!
