Gu - Molten Chocolate Puds

125g butter
150g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or above) 
4 eggs
75g caster suger
50g self raising flour
1tbsp cocoa powder

Pre heat oven to 180c
Place butter and chocolate in a pan/bowl over simmering water and melt. Once mixed and melted leave to cool.
In a clean bowl whisk eggs and sugar until pale and light.
Add egg mix to cooled choc mix and combine gently so that the eggs maintain their volume.
Fold in flour and cocoa.
Divide mixture between 6 greased 200ml ramekins.
Place all ramekins on a baking tray and cook for 7-8 mins, until they are set but still wobble in the center. 
Best served with a dollop of Mascarpne or very thick cream.
