Fajitas

Soft Shell
1lb plain flour
3oz lard
10fluidoz warm water
Combine mixture and roll into thin pancakes. In a very little oil fry both sides lightly. Keep warm in oven.

Guacamole
1 ripe avocado
1/2 a small onion
lemon juice
salt
3 firm tomatoes

Blend all ingredients and cover with cling film.

Filling
Pieces of cooked chicken
Sliced onion
Sliced peppers
Malt vinegar
Soy Sauce
a little brown sugar

Lightly fry onions and peppers then add chicken. Add other ingredients to taste and serve with dip, shells and shredded lettuce, grated cheese, soured cream and olives. ENJOY!
