Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup

1.) 2 boneless chicken breasts (I usually cook them in the water I'm making the soup in). Once they've been cooked dice and put to one side. 
2.) Add 1-2 stock cubes to the water.
3.) Add up to 1 tea spoon of ginger.
4.) Add 1 can of cream of sweetcorn.
5.) Add pepper to taste.
6.) 1 table spoon of sesame oil.
7.) Put the chicken back in.
8.) Bring to boil and cook for 5-10 minutes.
9.) Add a couple of finely diced Spring onions.
10.) Add one whisked egg whilst mixing slowly (I found that adding it slowly works best for me).
11.) Thicken it slightly with corn flower
12.) Nom Nom Nom!!
