500g digestive biscuits
300g milk chocolate
300g dark chocolate
200g unsalted butter
300g golden syrup
200g glacee cherries
baby marshmallows to taste
Heat up golden syrup & butter in a pan. Melt the chocolate and stir into the syrup mix. Break up the biscuits into chunks, and chop the cherries into halves/quarters.. Remove syrup/chocolate mix from heat & fold in other ingredients. Pour into a heat proof dish and wrap in cling film - store in fridge until set & thoroughly chilled before slicing and serving
