Chocolate chip cookies

400g chocolate 
1 cup butter 
1 cup granulated sugar 
1 cup demerara sugar  
2 eggs 
2 1/2 cups oats 
2 cups plain flour 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tsp bicarbonate soda  
1 tsp salt 

Mix all together then roll in to small balls onto a tray and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 165 degrees. Wait to cool before removing from tray then they are ready to enjoy!
