Chicken Enchiladas

1tbspoon butter
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 tspoon chopped garlic powder
2oz chopped green chiles
1 can condensed cream ofmushroom soup
1/2 cup soured cream
11/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup grated cheese
6 flour tortillas
1/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 175c and grease roasting tin
In a pan melt butter and saute onions. Add garlic, chilies, soup and cream. Reserve 1/2 of the sauce. To the other 1/2 add meat and 1/2 of the chees. Fill each tortilla with mix and place in ti, rolled. Now add milk to reserved sauce and pour over tortillas. Top with remaining chees and bake in oven for 30mins. Enjoy!
