Beef Burritos

Strips of beef (left overs from the Sunday roast are perfect)
Olive oil
Black pepper
1beef oxo cube
beans (I use a pinto bean)
cooked rice
grated cheese
fried onions
sour cream
lettuce shredded
Soft tortilla shells

Marinate the beef in oil and pepper. Crumble stock cube into mix and fry quickly. Mix with rice, beans and onions. Fill shells with mixture along with cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Enjoy!
