1 1/2 cup chocolate chips2/3 cup coconut cream1/2 cup cocoa3/4 Demerara sugar2 tps vanilla1/2 tps salt2 large avocados

Line a 6x6 tray with grease proof paperMix all the ingredients in a pan over the hob until meltedBlend the avocados then add the melted chocolate mixBlend once more (taste test ( it tastes good))Pour into tray and sprinkle on nuts if wantedPut in freezer over night and enjoy (needs to be kept in freezer if not being eaten)
